About
Busadco was established on 18/6/2003 according to Decision No. 5884 / QD-UB of People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and was changed to One Member Limited Company according to Decision No. 2465 / QD-UB dated 23/7/2008 of Provincial People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Busadco is recognized as a Science and Technology Enterprise in the Certificate No. 01 / DNKHCN dated 13/4/2009 of Department of Science and Technology of BR-VT.
Busadco is the first science & technology enterprise of the country with the organizational structure of State-owned One Member Limited Company, organized as the President and General Director and the Controller, including: Board of General Directors the governor; 20 sub-branches, 02 subsidiaries, 05 branches, 06 functional divisions and 07 PMU. Total number of staffs and employees of the Company as of 31/12/2015: 661 people, including 207 engineers and bachelors, 20 masters, 01 doctor.
BUSADCO is a 100% state-owned enterprise operating in the form of parent company - a subsidiary of the Ministry of Science and Technology Certified as an Enterprise of Science and Technology.
Public service activities:
- Investing, constructing drainage and wastewater treatment works, solid waste and other projects funded by the state budget allocated by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau;
- To manage ODA resources allocated by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province for investment in building a system of waste water collection and treatment and environmental sanitation in the province;
- To manage the exploitation and use of the system of reservoirs, regulating canals, dike embankments and tidal-preventing sluices in service of urban water drainage demand;
- Maintenance, maintenance, protection and operation of water drainage systems in urban centers in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province;
- Control of sources of discharge from households, production and business units and units connected to urban water drainage systems.
- To plan and manage the investment in the construction of rainwater and sewage drainage systems strictly according to the planning already approved by competent authorities.
