Analytical Creative Group – ACG Ltd. is a company established in 1997 in Sofia, Bulgaria. ACG is specialized in providing consultancy, sociological research and support to project cycle management in the area of:

· Environmental protection - biodiversity conservation, sustainable use and management of nature resources, building capacity for implementation of environmental legislation, etc.;

· Socio-economic and environmental assessments – carrying out social and economic assessments for environmental and regional policy planning; studying the social and economic viability of projects; examining the sustainability of a given policy intervention.

· Programming and planning – elaboration of sustainable development strategies, plans and programmes in line with the requirements of the environmental, regional, and rural policies and guaranteeing the involvement of the relevant stakeholders;

· Capacity building - providing consultations in organizational capacity building covering capacity assessment, recommendations for capacity building/strengthening; training

· Stakeholder involvement - providing services in consultative process for stakeholder involvement in project planning and implementation; elaboration and implementation of stakeholder involvement plans; organization and implementation of information events, workshops, public hearings;

· Legal analyses - legal approximation, transposition of EU legislation, legislation compliance check;

· Rural development - raising the public awareness and capacity building for implementation of the EU rural development policy 2007 – 2013;

· Project design - conducting feasibility studies, identifying core project activities, development of grant schemes, tender documentation, etc.;

· Design and implementation of public awareness raising programmes in the area of environmental protection and sustainable development.

ACG’s main clients are represented by Bulgarian and foreign governmental institutions (Ministries, National Park Directorates, etc., international financing institutions, Bulgarian and foreign private companies, municipalities, non-governmental organizations.
