CNEJ-National College of Judicial Experts of Belgium

The aim of the association is to bring together a maximum of experts from different disciplines. In this way a broad exchange of knowledge is created so that the members can confront with the most suitable means the difficulties they encounter during the execution of their assignments.

The association has the following objectives:

• Bringing together the experts who carry out judicial assignments following decisions of the Courts of Justice, Courts of Justice, Justices of the Peace and Public Prosecutors of the Kingdom of Belgium.
• Represent its members before the Magistracy, the Bars and all other institutions or associations that deal with judicial expertise, reconciliations, arbitrations, mediations and related matters.
• Maintaining a good relationship with the government so that this contributes to the proper functioning of the judicial system in the broadest sense, when carrying out expert assessments, mediations, conciliations and arbitrations.
