Economic Development of the state of Chihuahua. AC (DESEC) is a non-profit business organization that emerged in the year of 1973 with the purpose of generating the conditions that favor a better development of the region, through the union of the efforts of the different sectors of the community .

DESEC, in its role of facilitator of development, serves as a linker of the wills of the Private, Social, Government and Academia sector around strategic projects, in search of a more Competitive Chihuahua.
