EGIS Bulgaria EAD was established at the end of 2007 as a 100% wholly-owned joint-stock company owned by Hutchis (France), which is among the top 10 engineering holdings in Europe and among the top 20 in the world.

Since its inception, Bulgaria has been continuously striving to expand and strengthen its operations on the Bulgarian market, with the efforts of the company aimed at providing high quality consulting and engineering services to the main contractors in the field of infrastructure construction in Bulgaria in sectors such as transport, environment and energy.

At present, the activity of Eugis Bulgaria develops mainly in the following directions:

Transport - roads, motorways, water and inland waterways, railway and airport infrastructure;
Water and Environment: Water Supply and Sewerage (WSS), Water Treatment (WWTP), Waste Treatment;
