European Management Solutions is in the process of identifying 1 expert for the EC tender” Strengthening of the Serbian system of market surveillance for non-food and food products (EMS 4947LT)”.

Global objective:
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to a high level of protection of consumers in Serbia.

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in management, public administration, economics, engineering or other relevant discipline.
• A Master/PhD in management, public administration, economics, engineering or other relevant discipline (following the award of the degree) is an advantage.
• Be proficient in English.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

General professional experience:

• Post-graduate working experience of at least 10 years, but preferably 15, in the field of quality infrastructure (market surveillance, standardization, accreditation, conformity assessment, testing, metrology).

Specific professional experience:

• Post-graduate working experience of at least 8 years, but preferably 12, in the field of market surveillance, gained in one of the EU member states.
• Experience as a team leader in at least one, but preferably three, projects of similar complexity, within a field of market surveillance and/or quality infrastructure, gained in one of the countries covered by article 19 of IPA regulation.
