GRANT-9245 UZB: Precision Agriculture for Resilient Commercial Horticulture Sector Project - ISCAD-CS-06 National Project Administration Expert (58181-001)

Objectives: The Precision Agriculture for Resilient Commercial Horticulture Sector Project is designed to promote horticulture commercialization by catalyzing the formation of producer groups and strengthening vertical market linkages between producer groups and downstream agribusiness. Located in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region, the project aims to directly benefit at least 170 small-scale farmers while creating new job opportunities for 85 agricultural workers. It focuses on improving horticultural production, post-harvest handling, and processing using digital and climate-smart equipment, thereby enhancing water and energy efficiency and climate resilience.
