Objectives: The European Commission plans to acquire comprehensive data on batteries in new battery electric vehicles intended for person transport within the EU. The objective is to gather monthly datasets that detail the supply, demand, and price trends of various battery chemistries, focusing on historical, current, and predictive data. The project aims to support forecasting and analysis by ensuring the datasets cover key metrics such as vehicle categories, manufacturers, and segmentation by manufacturer, model, body, and class. The data must conform to specific formatting and language criteria as detailed in the Tender Specifications. The contract will be executed in 2025, with a budget cap of EUR 30,000, and outlined deliverables are expected shortly after contract finalization.
