The process will strictly adhere to the Consultant Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) methodology, ensuring the selection of competent firms based on technical aptitude, qualifications, and proven experience in behavior change communication, particularly within the health sector. Eligibility requires demonstrable expertise in social behavior change consultancy, execution of similar health campaigns, and development of high-quality strategic documentation. For Belize-registered companies, a current Certificate of Good Standing from relevant Belize authorities is mandatory. The firm must submit general information, proof of expertise, and documentation establishing their qualifications and experience related to the services required.
