Provision of Travel Agency services for Frontex guests from third countries

Objectives: The objective of this contract is to secure high-quality travel agency services for Frontex, specifically catering to guests from non-EU countries. The services sought include transportation, accommodation, and additional travel-related services such as visa procurement and daily subsistence allowances (DSA). This framework aims to manage around 350 trips per year, facilitating seamless travel and ensuring travelers are adequately supported with arrangements that cover flights, accommodations, transits, and any required visas. The anticipated outcome is a streamlined travel service that supports Frontex's operational needs efficiently and cost-effectively, maximizing value while ensuring traveler satisfaction and compliance with organizational standards.
