Eligibility criteria: Eligible participants include legally constituted companies and consortia from IDB member countries, both national and international, that can demonstrate legal, technical, and financial suitability for executing the project. Companies need to be registered as eligible to participate in public tenders in Uruguay, and interested parties can gather information and eligibility documents from the official state procurement website. Tender offers should be sent in sealed envelopes and can be submitted either in person or via postal services; however, the contracting entity will not be responsible for postal delays. The offers are to be submitted before the set deadline, and late submissions will not be accepted. The estimated budget for the project, including contingencies, taxes, and social laws, amounts to $231,641,457 Uruguayan pesos as of September 2024. Offers will be publicly opened at the designated time and place.
