PACE, or GOPA Partners in Action for Change and Engagement, is a global consulting firm that helps clients and beneficiaries achieve meaningful transformation and the betterment of societies by actively participating in international and bilateral projects financed by renowned bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since our founding in 1991, we have been working tirelessly in developing, transition, and partner countries, offering a wide range of technical assistance, consulting, and multi-sectoral services that incorporate a comprehensive understanding of local culture and the political context, and engagement in knowledge-transfer practices.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our core business includes the acquisition, planning and implementation of projects contributing to SDGs in partner countries, in the context of public, public-private and private initiatives. We work with a variety of partners such as EU, UN, WB, MCC, ISDB, AFD, BID, GIZ, and other.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2013, we joined forces with GOPA Consulting Group (GCG), a leading consulting group in Europe with a reputation for delivering sustainable projects that shape a better world. For more than 60 years, the Group has been helping policy and clients to see the world as interconnected \u2013 by formulating strategies, building partnerships, interacting with people, and implementing programmes that have a lasting social and financial impact.
