Sterling Indo Tech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (India) is actively seeking to form strategic partnerships with qualified local and regional consulting firms in Papua New Guinea and the Pacific region for upcoming assignments under the Papua New Guinea Resilient Transport Project (P166991), funded by the World Bank.
The PNG Resilient Transport Project aims to improve climate-resilient connectivity and maintenance across key road networks. The project includes:
Road rehabilitation and maintenance works
Environmental and social safeguard implementation
Transport sector institutional support and capacity building
Data collection, GIS/mapping, condition assessment, and program management
Locally registered engineering or consulting firms in PNG or neighboring Pacific countries
Proven experience in road rehabilitation, supervision, or transport planning
Capacity to provide local personnel and ensure on-ground coordination
Familiarity with World Bank or donor-funded project guidelines
Firms interested in JV or consortia
Over 15 years of experience across Asia and Africa
Expertise in climate-resilient road design, safety audits, construction supervision, detailed road/bridge design
Successful execution of World Bank, ADB, and JICA projects.
Flexible partnership models with shared technical and financial responsibilities
