We are looking for Consulting Firms with expertise in Advanced AI-driven Implementation Monitoring for Construction Sector in Pakistan

Description

AI Engineers is looking for consulting firms to join hands for a Donor-funded EOI, with expertise in advanced open-source AI-driven tools and software for data processing and analysis, including platforms for imagery classification and reporting.

The firms must be experienced in the following, but not limited to:

✅ Utilize and enhance existing open-source AI/ML tools to identify, classify, and quantify stages of construction, features, and associated facilities to flag inconsistencies or delays in progress.

✅ Develop automated “plug and play” workflows for monitoring construction progress at critical stages such as: Foundation level, Plinth level, Lintel level, Roof level, Feature and facility detection, etc.

✅ Design solutions that allow upload of pre-processed drone images and perform automated analysis for timely identification of bottlenecks and comprehensive assessment.

✅ Build modular reporting systems for efficient progress dashboards and flagging of delays or discrepancies.

✅ Integrate drone data, 3D models, and AI analytics into unified monitoring platforms.

✅ Collaborate on enhancing AI/ML algorithms specific to post-disaster housing reconstruction scenarios.
