Subcontractors in UJV – Samsung, Petrofac, and Saipem

CFP project is a large scale and significant project. In the bidding process for the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for the
CFP project all bidders were all bidders with opportunities for detailed site inspections to enable bidders to assess their plans and project costs before submitting proposals. The bidding companies were reputable companies with expertise and experience in large-scale projects.

The bidding was for a lumpsum contract, whereby bidders were believed to have proposed prices that would have ensured completion of the CFP project. Through this selection process, the successful bidders were awarded to: 
1. Petrofac International (UAE) LLC
2. Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd., 
3. Saipem S.P.A. and the EPC
