We are looking for a Lead or Key Partner with the following proven expertise:

  • TVET System Strengthening: Extensive experience in co-developing national TVET qualification frameworks, curriculum development processes, and standardised templates (occupational, qualification, and competence standards).

  • Greening TVET: Strong technical background in integrating green skills and competences into existing TVET curricula and training programmes.

  • Curriculum Modularisation: Proven methodology for the further modularisation of curricula and alignment with National Qualification Frameworks (NQF).

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in facilitating high-level, participatory consultation processes with government ministries, private sector bodies, and social partners.

  • Regional Experience: Knowledge of TVET practices within the East African Community (EAC) context is a significant advantage.

Why Partner with Shaqodoon?

  • Proven Management: Our experience in managing large-scale, donor-funded projects ensures effective delivery, reporting, and compliance.

  • Strategic Fit: This partnership aligns with our core mission of enhancing youth employability and economic development through market-relevant skills training.

  • Complementary Strengths: We seek a partner who brings the international technical expertise, while we provide the local implementation leadership, stakeholder management, and on-the-ground support.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to systemic change in Somalia's education sector and create lasting impact for its youth.
