This call is to explore a partnership opportunity for our upcoming event, the First Panafrican Ikembe African Traditional Music Challenge Festival” which will take place from July 28 to 31, 2026, in Bujumbura, Burundi, East Africa.

Event Description: This festival will bring together 14 African countries (each one represented by 10 artusts) to celebrate and preserve traditional African music and dance. As part of the event, we will record and film performances and publish a book showcasing our findings, highlighting the importance of traditional music/dance as a means of uniting African communities.

What we are seeking: A partnership to support the organization and promotion of the event. - Financial resources to cover airfare, accommodation and meals and rewards for the artists, as well as the logistical and production costs.

Furthermore, we would be honored to welcome you as a partner in this unique event celebrating our rich cultural heritage. I would be delighted to discuss this opportunity with you in more detail.
