Ministry of Justice of France (Ministere De La Justice)

The Justice in France is administered by a ministry, also named Chancery, whose holder is the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice .

 The ministry includes a General Secretariat, a General Inspectorate of Judicial Services and five directorates. He ensures several missions:

• preparation of laws and regulations in certain areas, such as family law, French nationality, civil justice and criminal justice , etc. ;
  
• management of the means of justice : personnel, equipment, buildings, computer, etc. ;
  
• care of the populations entrusted to it by the judicial authority: juvenile delinquents or those in danger and persons under judicial control ;
  
• definition and implementation of public policies in the field of Justice: assistance to crime victims, criminal policy, fight against organized crime, access to law and justice, etc.
