General Procurement Plans are Plans containing activities and budgets for Procurement of Goods / Services that will be funded by Ministries / Institutions / Work Units of Regional / Institutional (K / L / D / I) Others themselves and / or funded based on cooperation between K / L / D / I on a co-financing basis. RUP is prepared and determined by the Budget User (PA) of each K / L / D / I. The RUP contains at least the following:
Budget User name and address
Work Package to be implemented
Job Location; and
Estimated amount of cost
Once established, the PA is obliged to widely announce the RUP on their respective K / L / D / I websites and official notice boards for the public, as well as the National Procurement Portal through LPSE.
