Ministry of Finance of Mongolia

The Ministry of Finance's mission is to provide financially and fiscal environments aimed at improving the living standards of Mongolians and providing optimal financial management.

Priority activities:

Strengthen the capacity of financial and fiscal management, improve structure and operations;
Conducting regulation and restructuring of the financial sector;
To provide financial, budget, tax, customs, investment, insurance policy, management and coordination that is coordinated with the overall development and strategy of the country;
Strengthen the implementation of foreign financed projects and programs, provide coordination, improve control over implementation, strengthen internal and external debt management, tighten controls and improve effectiveness;
To provide accounting, auditing and management policies;
Administering Treasury Activities;
To provide policy and management for internal financial control;
Improve government procurement policy, management and supervision;
Strengthen human resource capacity to provide leadership in public administration management through the establishment of an effective management, planning, reporting and accountability management system within the ministry;
Provide advice and services needed for the development and implementation of a policy on fiscal and fiscal security, and provide support to the Minister and Government House for the effective and efficient operation of the Government House;
To provide coordinating financial sector policy actions in the Government priorities and Government Action Programs to ensure coherence with other ministries and departments, to provide consulting services and services for financial planning and coordination with a high level of professionalism
