SPObras is an innovative company that aims to execute programs, projects and works defined by the Municipal Administration. It seeks to balance the demands of its clients with resources from the Municipal Treasury, public financing and Urban Operations.

SPObras also prepares bids for other bodies of the Municipal Administration and executes works, defined by the Municipal Secretariat for Urban Development, in the areas covered by Urban Operations.

The company is also responsible for granting and managing urban furniture concessions, aiming at the creation, manufacture, installation and maintenance of digital electronic watches, as well as shelters and totems indicating bus stops, with advertising exploitation. .

SPObras is also responsible for executing the contracting, supervision and inspection of urban concession, pursuant to Law No. 14,917, of May 7, 2009.
