accordance with Article 12 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Normative Legal Acts" and for the purpose of implementing the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 19, 2013, No. 12 "On improving the structure of executive bodies of the state Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, "The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To approve the Regulation, the Structure of the central office, the Management Scheme and the List of organizations and institutions of the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan (Annexes 1, 2, 3,4).

2. To establish the maximum number of employees of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of 1481 units (excluding service personnel), including the central office in the amount of 281 units. Financing of 1470 units at the expense of the republican budget and 11 units at the expense of special funds.

3. Allow the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to have four deputy ministers, including one first deputy and a board of 9 people.

4. To establish the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan the limit of official cars in the amount of 93 units, including for the central office in the amount of 10 units.

5. Financing of the central office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, bodies provided for in the Management Scheme of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the state educational institution "Financial and Economic Institute of Tajikistan" shall be funded from the republican budget.

6. To establish at the State educational institution "Financial and Economic Institute of Tajikistan" the Center for Advanced Studies and the Research Institute "Finance".

7. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan within two months to bring its regulatory legal acts in accordance with this resolution.

8. To recognize as invalid:
- Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 28, 2006, No. 588 "On the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan";
- Clause 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 30, 2007, No. 603 "On Amendments and Additions to Some Decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";
-paragraph 6 of the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 2, 2008, No. 309 "On the State Valuables under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan";
-paragraph 1 of the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 16, 2014, No. 60 "On amendments to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".
