Healthcare Department of Zakarpattia Oblast State Administration/ Департамент охорони здоров'я Закарпатської обласної державної адміністрації (Ukraine)

The Department of Health is a structural unit of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, which is formed by the Head of the Regional State Administration, accountable to and under the control of the Head of the Regional State Administration and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

The Department in its activity is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the head of the regional state administration, orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, decisions of the regional council adopted within its competence, as well as the Regulations on the Department of Health 'I .

The main tasks of the department are:

ensuring the implementation of state health policy;

forecasting the development of a network of health care facilities for regulatory support of the population with health care;

implementation of measures aimed at the prevention of infectious diseases, epidemics and their elimination;

organization of provision of health care to the population, work of bodies of medical and social examination, institutions of forensic and forensic psychiatric examination;

ensuring the implementation of health legislation, state standards, criteria and requirements aimed at preserving the environment and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, as well as compliance with the standards of health care professional activity, the requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia, medical standards service, medical supplies and technology;

management of enterprises, institutions and organizations of health care industry (health care institutions), belonging to the sphere of management of regional state administration, organization of their financial and financial support,
