Panevezys District Education Center - PRC

The Education Center was established in 1995. By the decision of Panevėžys District Municipal Council, the legal form is a budgetary institution.

The aim of the Education Center is to create conditions for lifelong learning, to meet cognitive needs, to improve the qualification acquired, to acquire additional competencies, to promote the development of learning communities, to disseminate the experience of successful educators and other adults and educational and other institutions.The Education Center is the coordinator of the Panevėžys District Non-formal Adult Education Action Plan and Panevėžys District Third Age University, performs publishing, cultural and educational activities for adults, provides transport services to municipal budget institutions, and lends computer equipment to implement the educational process.
