Description

Do you need funding for your business? Astute Business Consulting, through a network of investment firms and investment brokers in the USA and Europe, seeks to provide funding opportunities for already-existing companies.

The average interest rate is 3% rate per annum, the duration of funding is 1-25 years with two years grace period minimum, and the amount of funding ranges from $1,000,000-$800,000,000. In case the requested amount is more than the $800,000,000, investors can fund the project in tranches with the collaboration from some investments banks in US and EU.

The borrower must qualify for the project funding program, and one of the vetting criteria is the security of the funds, which translates to the ability of the borrower to meet the repayment schedule.

Repayment

The repayment period shall not exceed thirty [30] years. Two years grace period is available to all loans above one [1] year.

Interest Rate

3% – 5% per annum

Security

In order for the borrower to guarantee the security of the funds, he/she will require a good property collateral around EU or US otherwise he/she will need to deposit a 0.5%-4% refundable amount to a third party firm which will be the custodian of the deposit in a stipulated time frame agreed by both parties and such money is not movable without the consent or a written note from both the borrower and the investor. This deposit shall be placed in a third party trustee firm selected by the insurance arm of the Investment firm. The funding process is very transparent; it protects both investor and the borrower.

The deposit from the borrower would be insured at no extra cost to the borrower. This will determine the readiness and the creditworthiness of the borrower and also know if the borrower has the liquidity of paying back the loan.

Disbursement

The loan will be disbursed in full or in suitable instalments, taking into account the requirement of funds and progress of the project, as assessed by the companies appraisal department.

Processing Charges Or Admission Fee

No Processing charge is placed on evaluating the project.

The Penalty For The Early Closure

No prepayment penalty.

Other Conditions

The company reserves the right to reject any application without assigning reasons thereof. The applicant will undertake to inform the company as and when there is a change in address or employment.
