Secretary General for Environment and Climate Action

The General Secretariat of the Ministry of the Environment is a central service of the direct administration of the State, where activities of our Services are reflected - Prospective and Planning; International relations; Public Procurement; Financial and Asset Management; Human Resources; Legal Affairs; Information; Professional qualification; Dissemination and Publications - in line with the broad powers of the General Secretariat, in a context of technical and administrative support to Government members integrated in the MAMB, as well as to all projects, activities and ideas that allow this General Secretariat to contribute for the effective improvement of the Public Service in a perspective of constant revitalization and renewal of the Public Administration.
