The CNSS carries out its missions in a context of accelerating economic and social change.
To do this, the CNSS has set itself the objective of meeting the challenges it faces, through the implementation of its 2010-2020 strategic plan.
Thus, its major challenges are:
The satisfaction of the socially insured by a good welcome, a service on time, and proximity.
The extension of social coverage to all sections of the population, namely the self-employed (groups of craft, industrial, commercial, liberal, agro-sylvo-pastoral professions and those of the informal economy);
The extension of the range of benefits to supplementary old-age insurance;
The sustainability of the institution by generating substantial income and ensuring the required reserves.
The National Social Security Fund aims by 2020 to cover at least 90% of the population falling within the scope of law N° 015-2006/AN of 11 May 2006. This coverage means the provision, in a timely manner, of quality legal services to insured persons at the lowest cost on the basis of optimum recovery of social security contributions and optimal and profitable management of the investments of its resources.
