Description
The Algerian National Commission for Education, Culture and Sciences is a governmental body created by the decrees nº126/63 of April 18, 1963 and nº187/66 of June 2, 1966. Its aim is to interest public opinion to goals, programs and to the work of the UNESCO (http//unesco.org). This is in order to promote the ideals of mutual comprehension and respect between people and to encourage intellectual initiatives, as well as education efforts in particular in of Human Rights field, the respect of the cultural diversity and the protection of the environment.
