Auditoría Superior del Estado de Guanajuato (Órgano de Fiscalización Superior de Guanajuato)

The Higher Inspection Body of the State of Guanajuato (OFS) is an organ of the State Congress; For the fulfillment of its functions, it has technical, management and budgetary autonomy. It exercises the control function in accordance with the principles of posteriority, objectivity, independence, transparency, legality, definitiveness, impartiality, reliability and professionalism, regulated by the Political Constitution of the State and by the Superior Control Law of the State of Guanajuato.
