Xiangyang Municipal Finance Bureau

Xiangyang Municipal Finance Bureau is a governmemt body with main Responsibilities - implement financial laws, regulations, rules, guidelines and policies; research and draw up local regulations, rules and policies concerning finance, financial management, accounting administration and others in the light of actual circumstances in this Municipality; and organize the drafting of local taxation regulations, rules and implementation measures and proposing adjustments to the existing taxation policies. Formulate the taxation and financial development strategies, planning, polices and reform schemes of this Municipality and implement such as adopted; participate in analysis and forecast of the Municipality’s macro-economic development and hence the formulation of macro-economic policies; gradually improve the governmental budget management system covering public financial budgets, government fund budgets, state-owned capital management budgets and social security fund budgets.
