Description

United States bankruptcy courts is a system of judicial bodies created in accordance with the first article of the US Constitution. The current system of courts was formed by the decision of the US Congress in 1978 and began to function on April 1, 1984 . Bankruptcy courts are structural subdivisions of the federal district courts whose exclusive jurisdiction is to hear bankruptcy cases .
