Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia

The following tasks and tasks are carried out in the Department for Legal Support of the Minister:

    advising the Minister on solving the most complex issues and for the realization of the Ministry's program of work in the area of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation;
    initiating and proposing views on key issues within the competence of the Ministry, which refer to the constitutional order, the criminal and civil legislation;
    monitoring the situation and problems in the field of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation;
    assessing and evaluating the relations within a comprehensive policy within the competence of the Ministry;
    advising the minister and giving expert opinions and comments on activities and initiatives in the area of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation.

Department for Coordination of Affairs of the Minister

The following tasks and tasks are performed in the Department for Coordination of Affairs of the Minister:

    advising the Minister on solving the most complex issues and for the realization of the Ministry's program of work in the area of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation;
    initiating and proposing views on key issues within the competence of the Ministry, which refer to the constitutional order, the criminal and civil legislation;
    monitoring the situation and problems in the field of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation;
    assessing and evaluating the relations within a comprehensive policy within the competence of the Ministry;
    advising the minister and giving expert opinions and comments on activities and initiatives in the area of constitutional ordering and criminal and civil legislation.
