Recently, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (MPLS) has undertaken many reforms in the Public Employment Services (PSS) in Kosovo, oriented to the needs of clients. One of these reforms is the creation of the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (APRK). With the creation of the Employment Agency for the Republic of Kosovo (APRK), public employment services are separated from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, with the aim of administering the labor market and implementing employment and professional training policies.
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Science in this new context is responsible for the drafting of employment and professional training policies, while the APRK organizes and coordinates the annual planning of activities and initiatives for the implementation of the annual policies of employment and professional training drafted by the Ministry of Education and Culture. here. For this purpose, the Ministry of Education and Culture has drawn up the three-year policy document which has set its strategic priorities, which presents the work framework within which the APRK operates.
