Description
ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones is a public business entity whose main purpose is to promote the internationalization of the Spanish economy and companies and to improve their competitiveness, as well as attracting and promoting foreign investment in Spain.
ICEX works closely with the main business organizations, Chambers of Commerce and sector groups that encompass the Spanish business fabric, to identify the internationalization needs of Spanish SMEs and develop strategies that allow their consolidation in international markets. Likewise, it has a Strategic Orientation Council chaired by the Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, which includes 23 members of recognized prestige and experience in the field of internationalization, who collaborate in defining the lines of action of the entity
