Communauté de Communes de Forez-Est

The Community of Communes of Forez-Est (CCFE) was created on January 1, 2017. It is the result of the merger of the former Communities of Communes of Feurs en Forez, Collines du Matin, Balbigny, 2 communes of Forez en Lyonnais and 7 municipalities of the Pays de Saint Galmier.

Waste, regional planning, town planning, economic development, childhood-youth, social, culture, sustainable development, leisure... The field of action of the Community of Communes of Forez-Est is very broad. The heritage of the former Communities of Communes brings it a great wealth of skills, know-how and numerous and varied equipment.

The elected officials have also set up thematic commissions to work more precisely on the axes set by the Community Council. Once the political orientations have been defined, it is the agents of the various service centers of the CCFE who are responsible for putting into practice the decisions of the elected officials.
