The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (SECMOH)

The State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine (SECMOH) is a national expert authority authorized by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for expert assessment in preclinical study, clinical trials and registration of medicinal products specified by the Law of Ukraine «On Medicines» and «On population protection against infectious diseases».

The SECMOH is also the main institution for pharmacovigilance, standardization of medical care, medical and pharmaceutical services, health technology assessment, including the development of relevant medical, technological, regulatory documents.

The authorized governing body of the SEСMOH is the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
