The town of Torcy is located in the northwest of Seine-et-Marne, 25 km east of Paris.
It is limited to the north by the Marne, to the east by the A104 (Francilienne), to the west by Noisiel and to the south by Lognes.
It was integrated into the perimeter of the new conurbation of Val Maubuée, sector II of the new town of Marne-la-Vallée. Today, it is part of the Paris-Vallée de la Marne conurbation community .
