Description

As home to the Geneva Convention and several UN headquarters, intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations, Geneva is popularly known as the humanitarian capital of the world, and with the establishment of the Representation Office in Geneva in 2013, DRC strengthened its representation and engagement in the international humanitarian policy forum.

The DRC Representation serves as an advocacy and policy-influencing hub that engages with UN agencies, member states to the UN as well as the INGO community in Geneva to influence policies in the area of forced displacement.
