Forty years of experience in program planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation of public health initiatives. Acknowledged for innovative thinking and intercultural communication skills supporting programs to measurably improve the health of the public. Recognized by the Ministry of Health in Lao PDR for exceptional performance and entered into the Lao Government’s Golden Good Performance Book.

Recently completed the development and construction of a USD242m three-year grant for malaria elimination in the five countries of the Greater Mekong Sub-region, and submission to The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, and Malaria. Currently working in rural Kayin State, Myanmar to open a 24-bed teaching hospital.
