- More than 15 years of working with stakeholders to strengthen policies and implement projects to foster sector efficiency and emission reduction in energy and transport in a global context, working for the OECD, the World Bank and the European Commission.

- 6 years of sharing EU policies with EU and non-EU countries, working for the European Commission
