I am an independent consultant on the EU technical assistance programmes/projects providing support to capacity building and training, research and policy analysis, dissemination and networking.

I hold a degree in philology and was further trained on project management and public relations, European integration issues, evidence-based public policy-making, and monitoring and evaluation of projects and policies. I possess over 18 years of post-graduate working experience in communications, management, research, training and consultancy for cultural, social and educational projects, CSOs and public service in Ukraine. For the recent 7 years my work was dedicated to technical assistance programmes of the EU and the Council of Europe for Ukraine and other Eastern Partnership countries addressing inter alia support for reforms, strengthening of the civil society, local/urban development issues, youth projects, as well as capacity building for culture and education sectors. I have an extensive experience of working with public institutions, national and local authorities, civil society, academia, knowledge-creating institutions and private sector. Within the above assignments I have demonstrated my strong analytical, conceptual, organisational and interpersonal skills, ability to work across teams, and get results. I am familiar with the latest trends of the EU projects and programmes in the EaP countries and Ukraine in particular. Special areas of my professional interests include development of professional/civil society networks at the level of enlarged Europe and cultural/public diplomacy theory and practice.

As a citizen of Ukraine, I am strongly motivated to contribute to on-going transformation happening in my country of origin and other Eastern Partnership countries. I am also eager to promote such European values as human rights and individual freedom, democracy, peace, the rule of law, solidarity, equality, tolerance and respect to other cultures as important drivers of change in the region.

I am an advanced user of MS Office suite. My fluency in English and proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian languages, proved ability to express myself, present and draft in clear, convincing and structural manner would be another important asset to work for programmes and projects supporting reforms in the Eastern Partnership countries. I am currently based in Kyiv, Ukraine and used to and available for frequent travels.
