Former Australian and Nepalese Government Engineer trained in Australia, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Nepal with over 20+ years of experience Infrastructures Project/Program and Disaster management in Indonesia, Maldives, Australia , Myanmar, Cambodia and PDR Lao. Successfully managed as a Program Manager in 2004 Asian Tsunami Recovery program in Indonesia and Maldives funded Unicef & AusAID; implemented water & westwater infrastructure projects as a Civil Engineer in Sydney Water , Government of Australia; Flood Rehabilitation and Community infrastructure works program as a Team Leader/Project Engineer ,Misistry of Local Govt of Nepal and worked as short term Consultant in multiple countries. Continuing action research/knowledge transfer projects on WASH, Climate Change and DRR as a Team Co ordinator of Team of Volunteers, Nepal. Having worked with IWMI/ADB funded Melamchi Drinking Water project finding the alternatives solutions for agriculture/environmental patterns after the interbasin water transfer and impacts that published & presented International Conference. With vast experience working with large international agencies/organisations, demonstrating high competencies in Planning, Program Management, Policy Analysis, International Development , Resilient Urban planning and Institutional/Capacity Development and currently an Advisor to Mayor of Palungtar Muncipility for Smart/Resilient Urban planning.
