Morgan Radick graduated from the University of Arkansas Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Middle East Studies with minors in Arabic and History.  After graduation, she served in the Peace Corps for two years as an education volunteer in Guinea, West Africa where she taught English as a Second Language to Secondary School students and planned and implemented small-scale development projects realted to the sectors of health, nutrition, gender equity, and water, sanitation and hygeine (WASH).  Upon completion of her service she continued to live and work in Guinea on a one year contract as the Office Manager and Administrator for a greenfield gold mining project where she also provided oral and written translation services between French and English.  Currently, Morgan serves as the Development Finance Prgram Associate for Vitas Group, a micro-finance company wholly owned and operated by the non-profit organization Global Communities.  She provides administrative and back-stopping support for over 6 field offices.  Morgan has lived in Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Guinea and has extensive multi-cultural experience.
