I have some experience in leadership. As a district state prosecutor, I was constantly responsible for small teams of 2-3 people (typist, legal officer, administrative worker). As a coordinating EULEX prosecutor for Peja Region in Kosovo, I was responsible for a team of 13 people. I am experienced managing of substantial case files of over 4000 pages. While working in IPA project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I had a team of one legal officer and I coordinated technical issues regarding budget and implementation of different project goals. Currently I run my own law office. I conduct and manage all financial, tax, and accounting matters, I oversee the hiring and discipline of employees and interns.
