After graduating Management School and achieving an MBA degree in the United States from the University of West Georgia, I shaped my career around consulting to corporations, institutions and individuals after holding executive positions in various industries. Over the last 12 years, as a Senior Assessor, Consultant and Executive Coach, I have advised top management in mission-driven organizations, from small businesses and Fortune 500 companies to global corporations, on people leadership and development by providing leading-edge evidence-based solutions and programs for C-Suite executives and management. I also provide Senior HR Expert consulting to regional development projects supported by the European Union. I have been pursuing my second career as a producer in cultural and creative industries since 2007. Throughout my career, I have started four businesses and two non-profits; completed seven organizational development and change management projects; and designed/restructured four HR departments.
