I hold an advanced university degree in law and I have 25 years of professional experience with focus on:
- procurement advisory activity(in the area of public procurement laws reform: assessment of legal and institutional frameworks; comparative legal analysis; legislative drafting; in preparation and development of all kinds of procurement documentation and in the
identification and resolution of project implementation issues involving international procurement; capacity to analyse the markets so as to
enhance fair competition; capacity to analyse the financial situation of potential tenderers and to assess their viability and reliability; - legal advisory activity (advising on a range of complex legal issues; assessment of legal and institutional frameworks; comparative legal
analysis; legislation drafting and development of guidelines and documentation; training delivery; negotiating and contracting); - ethics and compliance advisory activity (revision of policies, drafting, review of procedures);
- training experience; risk assessment and management); experience writing technical bids and reviewing them.
I have professional experience within projects financed by international donors (European Union; World Bank) and assistance to the EU Commission (EuropeAid); officer with the UN (UN Mission in Kosovo; World Food Programme), the EU (EU CSDP Mission in Kosovo; EU-Frontex), International Development Banks (EBRD) and International Organisations (The Global Fund).
