About
I am a skilled and multilingual Researcher and Evaluator, who has built a portfolio of experiences at international, national, and local levels in planning, monitoring, evaluation, research, and training. My experiences have allowed me to work across diverse regions, with varying stakeholders of different languages and cultures, to learn and advise on strategic planning, program design and evaluation techniques to advance learning, growth and enhanced decision making. Understanding what works and the process of how we reach positive impact is what drives me, in concert with a wicked sense of curiosity and openness to do things a little differently. I am always learning and enjoy collaborative work that builds skills, solves problems and stretches my thinking to challenge assumptions.
