Mr. Eugen Coretchi by being previously employed within central public administration entities, local NGOs, UNDP projects, consulting and real estate companies, I have been involved in various activities that gave me a deeper understanding about the international central and local public administration, diplomatic missions, international donor organisations; their system with its internal decision-making and communication processes, as well as experience, with private sector, export and investment promotion, monitoring and evaluation of various projects, fund-raising etc. It also allowed me to gain experience in development of capacity building for public institutions, writing feasibility studies, project proposals, marketing and business plans for private sector investment projects, central public administration reform (as well as in conducting negotiations with political entities, public discussions and correspondence with foreign and local development partners.
