My diverse experience in research, project management and reporting gives me the necessary preconditions to assist your project teams and to deliver the needed support and research for its missions. I acquired these skills while interning with the Goethe-Institut in Ramallah, Palestine, where I assisted in the management of projects in the field of cultural exchange and gained expertise in researching through my studies and by my engagement at the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation for political education, where I also managed projects with stakeholders from politics, civil society and private business. 

I’m able to contribute a high value to your great work with my efficient, analytical and results-oriented way of thinking, which was especially honoured at my traineeship in the Good Governance Division of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. Beside the work on the scientific framework for measuring the performance of the Council’s member states’ compliance with the European Charter on Local-Self Government, I developed an index for quantifying the states’ supervision mechanisms. Furthermore, I contributed to the toolkits of the Centre of Expertise in the fields of Cross-Border-Cooperation, Public Ethics and Civil Participation and gave input to the Council’s Gender Mainstreaming Tool.
