Mr. Hakizimana is a dedicated development professional with 18 year experience in the management of agricultural research and value chain development, quality standards and value addition, nutrition-sensitive agriculture rural finance and markets development, including USAID-Feed the Future funded programs in Rwanda. He has accumulated extensive knowledge of agricultural production systems and long experience in the management of agricultural service delivery systems supporting farmer organizations involved in agricultural sector development in Rwanda. He has also a good experience in partnership and collaboration with other development partners working in agriculture and rural development.
